Paul Lamer
After a successful career in law enforcement, Paul entered the insurance business in 1993 as an agent for a major life insurance company. However, he quickly realized that the only way to properly serve his clients was to be an independent broker because every one’s situation is different and one insurance company can’t provide all the answers.
So accordingly Paul resigned from the company to start his own agency and since that time has served the personal insurance needs of individuals, families, and businesses through out the state of Florida.
His belief is that quality insurance is only half the equation, quality service is just as important and every client deserves the same attention and support. As the old saying goes,
“If you are unhappy with our service, please tell me; and if you’re happy, please tell others!”
Pamela Lamer
Pam came to work for Paul’s agency in 1998 as the office manager and shortly there after she obtained her insurance license as well.
As an agent Pam can discuss insurance benefits with clients and even help them enroll in insurance coverage. Because Pam had helped her parents navigate the many Medicare options, she decided to specialize in Medicare insurance plans.
She now helps seniors throughout the state of Florida chose the right plan from the many options and confusing choices.
Pam and Paul were married in 2003 and between them have four adult children and three grandchildren, family is very important to both of them.
Pam shares Paul’s belief that quality service is just as important as quality insurance coverage and to that end she treats every client the same and never turns away a request for service.
